Chromebooks can not be used for FAST testing
Must find a different device for testing
iPad, Mac, or Windows device
Parent has not completed the testing compliance forms
Must complete forms to be able to test

Student has the latest update/version of Mac OS and Cambium doesn't have that browser version available yet

Student has a secure browser on MacOS that requires the use of additional software.
For users with MacOS 10.15, ensure correct browser is installed
For users with MacOS 11.6+, download Rosetta (click here for instructions)
If these solutions don't work, user must find a different device for testing
Microsoft Defender Error- Unrecognized App
Student downloaded the browser from flfast.org
When they click on the file to install, this pop up appears
Click on the "More info" button on the pop up window.
Choose the button "Run anyway".
The app will then install onto the computer.
