Beginning a course and knowing how to move throughout the course can be overwhelming. Please review the following information and resources to help guide you to having a successful start in English 1.
Beginning a course and knowing how to move throughout the course can be overwhelming. Please review the following information and resources to help guide you to having a successful start in English 1.
Steps for Success:
Call your teacher for the welcome call! Before you are activated in the course, a welcome call must be completed! So reach out to your teacher to set up this call!
Segment 1 consists of module 1 and module 2. Segment 2 consists of module 3 and module 4.
If you are taking the course for Honors credit, you will complete the regular modules + the Honors module.
Students are required to submit work each week in the course - a minimum of 2-3 assignments are encouraged weekly.
Review the English 1 Pace Charts to help keep you on track!
Most importantly, don't be afraid to contact your teacher for help! That is what we are here for...to see you succeed!
