Resetting FLVS Password

1. On the FLVS website, select FLVS Flex in the Login drop-down.

2. On the VSA Login page, select Forgot Password?.

3. On the Password Recovery page, enter the username of the VSA account in the Username field.

4. After selecting Recover Password, one of the following will happen:

A message will be shown advising to contact the Help Center at 1.800.374.1430 for assistance because the account does not have an email address associated.
A message will be shown advising a temporary password has been sent to the email address associated to the account. However, if you do not receive the email, you will need to contact an FLVS teacher for assistance. Keep in mind that teachers are not in the office on weekends or on holidays. Teacher office hours are M-F 8 to 8 (EST).
The security questions configured with the account will be provided. Once the security questions are answered correctly, a temporary password will be emailed to the email address associated to the account. However, if you do not remember the answers to the security questions, you will need to contact an FLVS teacher for assistance. Keep in mind that teachers are not in the office on weekends or on holidays. Teacher office hours are M-F 8 to 8 (EST).

You will go back to the login screen. It will ask for a current password. Enter the temporary password you received.
You will then be taken to the Change Your Password screen to create your new permanent password. Enter your username.
The temporary password will now be your current password. Use your temporary password a second time in the current password spot.
You can click on Password Requirements to help you make a new password (this gives you hints on what you need for the system to accept your password).
Click Change Password to accept changes.
