Floyd Medical Center - Summer Youth Volunteer Program "Volunteens" -- applications are now being accepted. See the criteria below and the Flyer and FAQ's below. Email Mr. Scoggin or come by the Guidance Office for questions or for hard copies of the paperwork.

Students must meet the following qualifications and submit documentation by May 1st.

· Be a full-time student with a GPA of 3.0 (or higher)

· Be at least 16 years of age

· Return completed teen application, along with a resume and cover letter

· ONE completed reference form from a school staff member (teacher or coach)
