PHYSICAL EDUCATION: A physical education course provides students the opportunity to experience a variety of lifetime activities, exercises, and team sports. This course will allow your student the opportunity to incorporate physical activity and life-long leisure experiences into their lifestyle through game play and practice.
WEIGHT TRAINING: A physical education course devoted to learning multiple exercising routines, lifting techniques, and proper safety protocols. Students will learn and perform basic skills in weight training, plyometric training, and agility training. We want each student to increase their athletic ability while learning how to have a physically fit life.
