College Visit Form - After arranging your official visit with the college, complete this form, get signatures, and leave it with Ms. Weaver before the day of your visit. Be sure to bring documentation from the college confirming your visit on that date. Many colleges have an electronic link on their website to schedule visits. You must bring Ms. Weaver documentation of your visit from the college representative. Also check college websites for Virtual Tour options.

All males in the US are required to register within 30 days of their 18th birthday.
It only takes about 45 seconds to register online at www.sss.gov.
What if I don't register?
No college loans or grants from federal or state governments (by far the best student loans are federal)
Not eligible for federal jobs; postal jobs; many state, municipal, or contractor jobs; federal job training programs
Delays in processing citizenship applications -- up to five year delays
