The Friends of the Lake City Public Library

The Mission of the Friends of the Lake City Public Library is to enhance the Lake City Public Library by raising funds to supplement Public funding in order to provide books, materials and programs.

Memorial Garden

Individuals in the Lake City Community and surrounding areas are welcome to visit the library and purchase a Memorial Brick to be place in the library Memorial Garden. This gesture is a beautiful way to celebrate the life of a loved one who has passed on. Also, the Library Memorial Garden offers a place for the survivors to remember and to heal after their lost. The cost of each brick is $100.00 and there are 3 lines with a limit of 14 characters per line. Individuals who are interested in purchasing a brick for the Memorial Garden in the memory of their loved one may do so by visiting the library and complete the necessary form as well as paying the required cost. Individuals are welcome to pay by check or cash.
