I have over fifteen years teaching experience as a professional educator and a Master’s Degree in Education. My goal is to facilitate knowledge by educating, engaging, and intriguing all students to learn through hands-on discovery while making personal connections. I believe all students can achieve academically, and it is my job to provide differentiated instruction and opportunities for them to succeed. My classroom motto is "Linking Learning Through Life"--Students need a reason why we learn something and how it can relate to their lives.

I throughly enjoy teaching and coming to work everyday!! When I am not teaching I am either working out, watching the Golden Girls reruns, reading, or having fun with my family. I have a wonderful husband: Andrew and four beautiful and amazing dogs: Coconuts, Paisley, Zoey and Bagels.
