You’ve likely heard this message often, and for good reason: the more your child is exposed to text, the more words they encounter, and the more their comprehension, vocabulary, and overall learning grow. Regular reading builds strong, confident learners across all subjects.

Just like students need 100 minutes of physical activity each week to stay healthy, they also need at least 100 minutes of reading each week to build and maintain strong literacy skills. While we dedicate time to reading in the classroom, consistent reading at home is just as important.

Thank you for partnering with us to help your child develop a lifelong love of reading!
