Welcome to the FHJHS Band Website!

The Floyd Henson Junior High School Band Program is comprised of a sixth-grade "JV Band" and a combined seventh and eighth-grade "Varsity Band". In addition to meeting daily during the school day as a full ensemble, all students receive small group individualized instruction during regular pull-out lessons. The curriculum encompasses concert band, marching band, and pep band. The band also serves the community through multiple outreach activities with the local assisted living facility and the Flora Academic Foundation.
