Product Evaluation

Depending on the product, the review may include:

• Manufacturer information

• Supplier information

• Country of origin

• Product specifications

• Materials

• Packaging

• Instructions

• Safety warnings

• Test reports

• Compliance certificates

• Marketplace requirements

• Import documentation

Technology Accessories

Technology accessories may require additional review depending on whether they contain batteries, radio-frequency functions, wireless connectivity, electrical components, charging functions, lasers, heating elements, or other regulated features.

Bags and Backpacks

Applicable products may require accurate information about materials, textile composition, country of origin, responsible business identification, care information, and intended user group.

Oral-Care Accessories

FlexCart’s initial oral-care category is intended to focus on selected non-medicated accessories.

FlexCart will not make unsupported claims that a product:

• Prevents or treats disease

• Prevents cavities

• Treats gum conditions

• Treats dental pain

• Treats sensitivity

• Is clinically proven

• Is dentist approved

• Is medical grade

• Is FDA approved

Any product making health, treatment, prevention, or body-function claims will require additional review before publication.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should review product descriptions, instructions, materials, dimensions, warnings, age recommendations, and intended-use information before using a product.

• Order number, if applicable

• Description of the concern

• Photographs or video, if relevant

• Packaging information

• Description of any damage or incident

Do not continue using a product if it appears damaged, unsafe, defective, or inconsistent with its instructions.
