We are proud to introduce Ms. Yuriko Shibagaki, Fletcher's new music instructor for its Tk-4th grade students. Ms. Yuriko earned her degree in piano performance from the Tokoha Gakuen University in Shizuoka, Japan and is the owner/founder of Doremi Fun Music.  Ms. Yuriko excels at creating a fun musical environment and enjoys teaching children.  She will teach music classes for all TK-4th grade students on Tuesdays in the MPR. 

The Fletcher Music program was created in 2013 by the PTA  with the goal of complementing the district's VAPA education program for fifth and sixth graders, by providing its younger students in TK-4th grade with quality musical arts education in alignment with National Core Arts Standards.
