Fleet Feet Rewards give us the opportunity to thank our customers for choosing us for their running, walking and fitness needs, while giving them an added incentive to come back. In 2022, 15% of brand-wide sales included at least one reward redeemed as part of the transaction. We know customer loyalty is driven by many factors, including the amazing in-store experience outfitters provide every day. Additionally, a strong loyalty program delivers on bonus items that consumer research tells us time and time again that customers want — rewards and recognition for their brand loyalty. 

The purpose of this site is to provide a one-stop resource for Fleet Feet Rewards context and tools. Resources are organized into the following menu items:

IMPORTANT NOTE - Sections 1 - 3 provide context and tools to help you navigate the existing rewards program and app. Section 4 refers to changes to come as we work to revamp our existing rewards program. When this happens, we will provide updated tools, materials and instructions to help you get familiar with the new program well before we roll out changes to customers.
