 About the Summit 

In its 12th year, we are thrilled to announce the 2024 Florida Community Health Worker (CHW) Summit is only months away. The theme is “Empowering Lives: Cultivating a Sustainable CHW Workforce”. Please join us at the Adam W. Herbert University Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The two-day educational summit will bring together Community Health Workers, Promotoras, Navigators, healthcare professionals, allies, and stakeholders to explore critical topics in the field of community health, and include discussions about new funding mechanisms, challenges, and offer multiple tracks.

This summit serves as a platform for professional skill development, best practices, and to strengthen the role of the CHW workforce. Learn more about this vital workforce and what’s happening in Florida and our work to build healthier and more resilient communities.
