ALL membership decisions are FINAL. Please apply again your senior year.
Reasons students may not be accepted to NHS
Lack of leadership roles, lack of community service outside of Troy, lack of involvement in Troy activities, incomplete application, forged signatures, missing adult signatures .
Thank you for applying and we look forward to your application next September.
The National Honor Society (NHS) is one of the nation’s premier organizations established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character, and Citizenship. These characteristics have been associated with members in the organization since their beginnings in 1921.
