High School Equivalency (HiSET)

The HiSET (High School Equivalency Test) is a nationally recognized alternative to a traditional high school diploma, designed for adults who didn’t complete high school but want to earn a credential that reflects the same level of academic achievement. 

Passing the HiSET can be a critical step toward building a better future—it can help open the door to higher-paying jobs, job promotions, college or career training programs, and even military service. In today’s world, a high school credential is often the minimum requirement for many opportunities, and the HiSET gives you a second chance to reach that goal.
