Brett is a Professional Development Specialist and Google Certified Trainer/Coach for Five Star Technology Solutions. Brett is also a Full-time eCoach for South Ripley School Corporation in Versailles, IN where he models 21st-century teaching strategies (PBL, Inquiry-based learning, STEM, genius hour, coding, student-centered learning) for educators on a daily basis. Previously, Brett was a teacher at Maplewood Elementary School where he spent 5 years teaching in grades 4-6. Brett presented at ISTE 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Katie is the Director of Professional Development and Google Certified Trainer for Five Star Technology Solutions. She currently co-leads a team of Professional Development Specialists and partners with K-12 administrative teams to strategically plan and implement innovative learning methods and technology use. Previously, Katie was a middle school teacher (ESL, ELA, and a PBL facilitator) for 7 years. She earned a B.A. in Elementary Education and a M.A. in Educational Technology from Michigan State University. Katie previously presented at ISTE in 2018.
