A shipment can be 'detained' (held for inspection/review) at the sole discretion of Sri Lanka Customs. In the event your package has been detained, a formal clearance process is needed.
On Certain Occasions Additional documents will be needed for clearance. Mentioned below are a few restricted items that need Licenses/ approval, etc.
