抽選は一次抽選・二次抽選の二段階となります。イベント当日17:00までにこのページで一次抽選当選番号を発表します。当選者は下で述べる方法で、当選くじの写真と賞品発送先を送ってください。写真はくじが一枚だけが写ったものとしてください。

送っていただいた方々について二次抽選を行い、それぞれの賞品の当選者が決まります。当選の発表は賞品の発送を持って代えさせていただきます。

一次抽選当選者から情報を送っていただけない場合があるので、一次抽選当選番号は賞品数より多くなっています。ですから、一次抽選に当選しても賞品が当たらない場合があることをご承知おきください。

The draw takes place in two stages: the preliminary draw and the final draw. Preliminary draw winning numbers will be posted on this page by 5 PM on the day of the event. To proceed to the final draw, winners must submit a photo of their winning ticket along with their shipping address, as outlined below. Please note: the submitted image must depict a single ticket exclusively.

The final draw determines the prize distribution, and winners will find out they’ve won when their prizes are delivered. Please note that not all preliminary draw winners will receive a prize, as there are more winning numbers than available prizes. This is due to some preliminary draw winners not completing the registration process.

一次抽選に当選された方は、くじの写真と賞品発送先を以下に示す方法で2025年12月9日(火)日本時間23:59までにお送りください。一人で複数当選した場合は、それぞれの当選番号について、くじの写真と賞品発送先をお送りください。ご質問は it@fitforcharity.org までお願いします。

送信方法（パソコン、スマホ、タブレット）

1. 操作にはGoogleへのサインインが必要です。https://accounts.google.com  を開き、必要であればサインインしてください。Googleアカウントをお持ちでない場合はそこから作成してください。

2. 一次抽選に当選したくじ1枚の写真を撮影してください。複数のくじが写っている場合は失格とします。

3. 上記の当選番号は、リンクになっていますので、そのリンクを開いてください。Googleにサインインしないとそのページは開けません。

4. 当選したくじの写真をアップロードし、入力項目すべてに記入し、送信してください。

送信された情報に不備があった場合は失格となります。送信内容は確認のため、あなたのメールアドレスへ届けられます。記入内容に間違いがあった場合は再送信してください。

If you win the preliminary draw, submit a photo of your winning ticket and your shipping address by 11:59 PM Japan Standard Time on December 9, 2024, following the steps below. If you have more than one winning ticket, repeat the process for each ticket. For any questions, please contact it@fitforcharity.org.

Instructions (PC, smartphone, or tablet):

1. Ensure you’re signed in to your Google account. Visit https://accounts.google.com and sign in if necessary. If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one there.

2. Take a photo of the winning ticket you are registering now. A photo that shows more than one ticket will be deemed invalid.

3. Winning numbers listed above are links. Open your winning number's link. You need to sign in Google to open the link.

4. Upload the photo of your ticket, fill out all fields, and submit the form.

Your submission will be void if it contains any errors. A copy of your submission will be sent to your email for verification. If you notice any mistakes, please resubmit the form.
