For Volunteers

当日は朝6時から開始となりますが、ボランティアの集合時間・場所はタスクによって異なります。担当業務のボランティアマニュアルを確認し、ボランティアキャプテンの指示に従ってください。

On the event day,  the actual event  start from 6:00 AM. For your preparation, where and when to come depends on your task. Read the manual of your task and follow the lead of your volunteer captain.

駐車場・駐輪場がないため公共交通機関をご利用ください。

更衣室はございますが、なるべく着替えが不要な服装でご来場ください。

ボランティアの方向けのクロークがないため、貴重品はご自身で管理してください。実行委員会は、 いかなる所持品の盗難・紛失・損傷等に関しても責任を負いかねます。

There is no parking for car or bicycle. Please use public transportation.

There is a changing room, but please wear clothes that do not require changing.

There is no cloakroom for volunteer staff. Please keep an eye on your valuables. The Organizing Committee assumes no responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

参加者の質問で分からないことは、緑ジャケットまたは青ビブス着用の実行委員まで。見つからない場合は、ボランティアデスクまでお越しください。

If participants have any questions you do not understand, please direct them to the organizing committee members wearing the green jacket or the blue bib. If they cannot be found, please come to the volunteer desk.

事故・怪我・体調不良者は、まず道路脇に誘導。青ビブス着用の実行委員か、大会本部・救急ステーションに案内ください緊急の場合は、080-2780-5014(大会本部)にご連絡ください。

In the event of an accident, injury, or health issue, first guide the person to the roadside. Then direct them to either a committee member wearing the blue bib, the event headquarters, or the first aid station. In an emergency, please contact the event headquarters at 080-2780-5014.

ボランティア中に通院治療を要する怪我をした場合には、保険会社に請求可能です。当日は大会本部内救護ステーションに申請書を用意しています。事後に必要な場合は communications@fitforcharity.org  に早急にご連絡ください。

If you get injured during your volunteer activity and require medical treatment, you can get the expense reimbursed by the insurance. Application forms are available at the first aid station inside the event headquarters on the day. If you need one after the event, please contact communications@fitforcharity.org as soon as possible.

不審者、不審物を見かけた場合は、緑ジャケットまたは青ビブス着用の実行委員までご連絡ください。

If you notice any suspicious individuals or objects, please report them to the committee members wearing the green jacket or the blue bibs.

落し物は預からず、ボランティアデスクにご自身で届けるようにご案内してください。

Please do not accept lost items; instead, direct the person to take the item to the volunteer desk themselves.
