Falcon Drumline

The Falcon Drumline performs at Home Football, basketball and hockey games, pep rallies, community outreach events, local parades and other campus wide events.

This is a non-academic ensemble. In order to join, you will need to do a placement audition. This audition helps us place the performers on the right instruments within the drumline.

We accept up to 14 players.

Fitchburg State Drumline Fall 2026 Audition Requirements

Fall 2026 auditions will take place on May 4th, 2026 from 4:30-6:30 PM in Conlon Fine Arts Room 157

Attend the Audition in Person on May 4th or Submit a Video Audition before June 30th, 2026

Please select one of the following instruments to perform your audition on:

Snare Drum
Tenor
Bass Drum (choose the same bass part for every exercise)
Cymbals
