We act in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, German law, and guidance from the International Taskforce on Child Protection. The practices outlined in this website are aligned to the child protection standards developed by the International Taskforce on Child Protection (ITFCP) in cooperation with the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC), and adopted by our accrediting body, the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
Safeguarding is a fundamental part of the school’s strategic impact of Wellbeing and Belonging. It is embedded within all aspects of school life including the curriculum, facilities, professional development, parent education offerings and recruitment practices.
The school leadership and counselors work in partnership with parents, students and teachers to promote student safety and wellbeing with the highest levels of care and accountability.
