Visitor Entry Protocol for Conference Attendees

1. Arrival Location
   Please proceed to the Primary School entrance, located off of Alfred Lechler Str 10 

2. Identification Requirements
   All visitors must present a valid, government-issued identification document.
   Acceptable forms include:

   • 1. • Passport

        • European ID

        • Residency Card

The name on the identification must match the name registered for the conference.

3. Check-In Process

   • Upon arrival at the Guardhouse, locate the dedicated Conference table with the "Check-In" desk.

   • Present your identification to the staff at this desk.

   • Check In staff will ensure you have filled in the Child Protection Code of Conduct form

   • You will receive your official conference identification badge

Please note: Adherence to these procedures is mandatory for all conference attendees. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure and efficient event environment.

Please ensure that your conference badge remains visible and worn at all times while you are on campus attending the event. This helps our school community members easily identify conference participants.

Below is an example of a conference attendee lanyard tag. All conference attendees will receive black lanyard
