The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a part of your Board that evaluates home improvement requests. Why is this necessary? To safeguard each homeowner's rights and maintain property values, it is essential for any homeowner planning visible improvements to submit an ARC Request Form.
How Do You Submit an ARC Form and Where Is It?
Submitting your request is quick and straightforward, we assure you! Simply visit your online portal and follow the prompts.
Make Sure You Have Your ARC Attachments
Before you begin filling out the form, take a moment to gather the necessary files. Depending on your project, the most commonly required items include:
Photo samples of the completed project
Plot map or survey plat
Color choices
Contractor information
Please note: Some communities may charge a fee to submit the form, which must accompany your application. Check with your manager for your community's policy.
What FSG Does and Doesn’t Do Regarding ARC Requests

Please be aware that FSG cannot approve your ARC request. We serve as the community management company that assists your HOA in facilitating the application process. Expect at least 30 days for your request to be reviewed.
