As part of a flash contest, printables asked for designs which held or involved an Apple AirTag. I was tired of keychains and wallet holders so I decided to design and build something fun with the use case of throwing into a backpack or bag. (For use when traveling and fighting with airlines about lost luggage!)
The resulting design is designed to be printed in place fidget spinner with a snap in feature for the AirTag. The final model had a moving tolerance of 0.4mm and printed in PLA.
This project used Fusion 360 as the modeling software of choice, and cura as the slicer.
I was tired of the dynamic relationship with my apple watch charger and wanted to be able to charge it at night without looking or turning on any light...hence the over-engineered solution you see below.
This project used Solidworks as the modeling software and IdeaMaker as the slicer.
