2. READ - Test Security Manual
3. SIGN - School Assessment Coordinator Confidentiality Agreement
- Agreement (Submit to District Assessment Coordinator)
4. COLLECT - Proctor Confidentiality Agreements from all Proctors
- Agreement (Proctors should submit their signed forms to their Principal or School Assessment Coordinator)
5. REPORT - Test Security Incidents to the District Assessment Coordinator, if any occur
