FIRST THINGS FIRST
You will need a Spaceship!
There are a few ways to get your hands on one of them:
Use Maverick Tokens to buy or mint one at the Federation's MarketPlanet;
Use Federation Funds to rent one from the Federation Hucksters;
Use Maverick Tokens to rent from other Players;
Get a whitelist spot to receive Federation Airdrops!
If you rent, you don't need to worry about Fuel Cells. But if you are a pride owner of a beautiful and unique Spaceship, make sure that you have some left in the tank for your next mission!
Little short in resources? Don't you worry! Every week, after the game release, the Federation will lend you one for "free"!
THE STRATEGY
There are a lot of strategies involved in becoming a successful Maverick.
It all starts with the Commander, the one responsible for your spaceship skills. So before choosing a spaceship because it is "cute", it's better to check if your skills are aligned with the Commander's abilities.
Then comes the real challenge, the Battlefield!
Dozens of stars' gravities are pulling your spaceship and shots in all kinds of crazy directions.
In the end, everything will boil down to your skills. Fast reaction, getting the right shot angles, heat management, and knowledge of the weapons will determine if you come out as a winner.
TIME TO BATTLE!
Now let's get to battle! The Gameplay is very straightforward, and there are three different Game Modes:
Challenges (Solo): challenges that use Planets, Gravity Forces, and Commanders' abilities;
Battle Royal (PvP): 8 players battle against each other. The last 3 survivors receive a prize depending on their placing and Spaceship level.
Overlord Fights (PvE): 4 players against an NPC giant boss.
