Accessing Google Classroom - Skyward should have automatically enrolled you in my google classroom. If that is not true for you:

• Option 1 - You have already been added to my Google Classroom through an auto enroll OR

• Option 2 - Go to: classroom.google.com and enter the code to join my class. The code has been emailed to you.

Please check out google classroom for all the needed resources to be successful in my class. I will post materials and notes and some assignments on google classroom. You will also be building your own science notebook to be your personalized resource for science.

• charged Chromebook

• Pen/Pencil

• 3-prong folder with loose-leaf paper

• Calculator

Grading:

Assessments (60%): Unit Tests, Projects & Presentations

Assignments (40%): Classwork, Labs, Weekly Checkpoints

Participation during class is expected to help demonstrate mastery of content and skills. Participation will be noted in Skyward.

Cell Phones & Earbuds:

It is expected that cell phones and headphones/earbuds are COMPLETELY PUT AWAY upon the start of class. Both are expected to remain put away for the entirety of class, unless SPECIFIC VERBAL PERMISSION is given that day.

*Cell phones MAY NOT be used in the place of Chromebooks. If you do not have a Chromebook, you will be given a paper copy of the assignment.
