Year 2022 closed with the end of the relocation from the Almisano plant to the headquarters in Montecchio Maggiore, one month ahead of schedule. Last December 21 on the occasion of CEO Giovanni Zola's year-end speech, the official opening of the new plant was also held with a ribbon-cutting ceremony!
We would like to thank all those who have been particularly involved in the relocation activities in recent months and who have contributed to the success of this project!

Starting from January 1st, Matteo Frigo took on the role of Plant Manager of the Montecchio Maggiore plant. An important recognition also received as a result of his long collaboration with the company, which began more than 20 years ago and has seen him successfully carry out several projects and activities.

ITALY. During the opening of the new plant, the long-awaited moment of the company awards was held: a moment to celebrate those who have reached an important milestone of company loyalty.
For the year 2022 the following colleagues have been awarded:
40 years: Paola Scalchi
30 years: Nicola Pellizzari
20 years: Bassirou Sacko, Alberto Tuninetti, Massimo Maccagnani e Manmohan Singh.

USA. In November, FTI's Cadillac office held its annual years of service awards luncheon, celebrating people who have achieved significant milestones of loyalty to the company:
Rob Tripp (25 Years), Tim Larr (15 years), Mike Tiihonen (30 years), Steve Cebulski (30 years), Na Sourignavong (20 years), Bekka Sourignavong (20 years), Tim Herlien (25 years), Elvia Vasquez (10 years), Raeann Musson (25 years) and Lisa Lawe (25 years), Connie Berry (25 years) and Joe Hillard (25 years).
Also present at the awards ceremony were: Mark Bliss (30 years), Ryan Motes (20 years) and Steve Henderson (15 years)
On December 15th the annual Christmas luncheon of FIAMM Technology Inc's Cadillac plant was held with all employees. Besides being convivial time during which to exchange greetings, it was an opportunity for plant manager Mike Tiihonnen, to recognize all the efforts and dedication put in place during the year by employees: "The year was a challenging one for all, but we endured and succeeded in continuously meeting our customer expectations."
A job well done!
ITALIA. Gabriele Bianco, IT Dept in Montecchio Maggiore HQ, retired after a long cooperation, begun in 1981! His colleagues greet him in this way:
"In all these years Gabriele has always stood out for his competence, talent, ability to team up and be loved by everyone. We join in thanking our President for the professional and human contribution that Gabriele has always brought to the Company every day. We wish him the best for this new chapter and to fully enjoy his passions such as motorcycles and bicycles."

USA. In December 2022 Ken Nichols ended his partnership with FTI after nearly 35 years of work! To celebrate his long career, a dinner was held in the presence of colleagues and his wife Judy.
From everyone, thanks for his passion and commitment and best wishes for his future. Congratulations Ken!

FTI - USA, Farmington Hills
Britany has recently joined FTI and will be working in the Farmington Hills location, focusing on the strategic AVAS products.
"It is great to be a part of the FIAMM team! All colleagues have been very welcoming and helpful as I learn about the company and its products. I have had the chance to learn about each one of our products and see how the horns and AVAS are produced on the line. Since day one, I have felt apart of the team. I am excited for the future and the opportunity FIAMM has given me to help expand the business with the AVAS device in North America. I expect as the year goes on, the demand and work for the AVAS will increase and I will be able to support our customers in North America with their needs."

HR Recruiting & Development
Elettra 1938 - Italy, Montecchio Maggiore
Elisa joined the HR team in November in the role of HR Development Manager.
"My joining the Elettra Group has been very positive. I found a collaborative work environment and a group of prepared, close-knit and passionate colleagues! The Induction program was really useful because it gave me the tools to orient myself within the group and allowed me to get in touch with all the main company contacts."
Marta started her experience in Elettra in September, as an intern in the HR team, becoming officially part of the group at the beginning of 2023.
"This is my first work experience in a company context. I had expectations and hopes that were largely exceeded: I found a team of passionate and competent colleagues, who gave me so much confidence from the first day, essential element that allows me to grow and carry out activities with responsibility and enthusiasm!"
