REGISTRATION PERIOD 2025
Those who have submitted an abstract will receive a notification of acceptance via email by 14 April 2025.
Registration has opened and closes on 15 June 2025.
In order to ensure your participation, please fill out the registration form and pay the registration fee. Filling out the form alone does not confirm your registration. For registration to be valid, payment must be made by June 15, 2025.
We will send all registrants instructions on how to pay the registration fee separately by email.
If your paper has multiple authors and your co-authors also wish to attend the conference, please remind them to register and pay the conference fee as well. Each conference participant must be registered by June 15, 2025.
REGISTRATION FEE 2025
The participation fee includes the conference academic and social program, a welcome drink on 18 September, coffee/tea during coffee breaks, lunch with drinks on both conference days, and a fare well event with finger food and drinks on 19 September. Please note that the conference dinner (on 18 September 2025) is not included in the registration fee and must be paid separately (dinner price is 60 euros per person).
Please, note that if your co-authors wish to participate in the event, they also have to pay the registration fee separately. The fees are:
· Students (Bachelor/Master’s Degree): 80 €
· ESA Members: 150 €
· Non-ESA members: 200 €
· If you wish to attend the conference dinner on 18 September, please add 60 euros to your payment

Accommodation
Participants need to pay for their accommodation separately. The conference organizers have negotiated special reduced prices with some conference hotels. Once participants have registered and paid the conference fee, they will receive detailed information on the agreed-upon hotels, including cost and location.

PAYMENT
Note, registration is not valid until payment is made. Payment is made via Internet banking. Payment information will be sent separately by email to everyone who has completed the registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by 30 August 2025 will be partly refunded. The refund will be made by bank transfer and the registrant will be charged for 10%. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. An existing registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation at no extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to esarn15midtermmeeting2025@ffst.hr
