At Fetch Package, couriers are subject to deactivation. The following reasons are listed to communicate why community members may lose access to providing services.
1.1. Motor vehicle record or background check uncovers a violation of Fetch Package’s safety standards or other criteria required by local regulators.
2.1. Deliveries to incorrect residents.
2.2. Verified instances of not knocking at resident doors for “Leave” or “Do Not Leave” Package Deliveries.
2.3. Damaging another community member’s property or retaining and refusing to return another community member’s items.
3.1. Deliveries outside scheduled windows.
3.2. Excessive shift cancellations without warning or reason (less than 2 hours of notification).
4.1. Physical contact with other community members while on the job.
4.2. Use of inappropriate and abusive language or gestures.
4.3. Unwanted contact with other community members after a job is complete.
4.4. Failure to Drive Safely.
5.1. Attempting to perform tasks while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
6.1. Deliberately increasing the time or distance of a delivery.
6.2. Accepting work without the intention to complete.
6.3. Intentionally accepting or completing fraudulent work.
7.1. Cancelling jobs or refusing jobs for the purpose of avoiding a particular neighborhood due to the characteristics of the people or businesses in a particular area.
7.2. Refusal to provide services based on characteristics like a person’s race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age or any other characteristic protected under relevant federal, state, or local law.
8.1. Engaging in serious illegal activity while using Fetch package services.
8.2. Not maintaining valid vehicle registration or driver’s license.
8.3. Receiving serious traffic citations, or several traffic citations that indicate unsafe driving, while using Fetch Package services.
9.1. Carrying firearms in a vehicle while using our services.
9.2. Carrying firearms on a community property while using our services.
10.1. Harming the business or brand, like unauthorized use of Fetch Package’s trademark or intellectual property.
10.2. Violating previously signed agreements with Fetch Package.
10.3. Soliciting payment for services outside of standard payment practices.
