Talking about School

The end of the day is an exciting time for you, as a grown up! You get to see your kiddo and hear all about their day!

You see them after school and want to ask them all the questions: How was your day?! What did you do today?! What did you learn?! How was lunch?! Did anything funny happen? Did you have PE or art?

Then they answer "I don't know?" OR your child turns into an angry, out-of-control ball of energy.

This is normal! School is exhausting. Click on the picture to the left to read an article about "After-School-Restraint-Collapse." Some kids may need space to decompress after school, then they will be ready for a snack and a chat!
