Program Mission Statement

Our mission is to foster a unified and disciplined baseball program grounded in the principles of our Catholic faith. We are committed to providing a transformative experience that promotes the holistic development of our student-athletes, encompassing their spiritual, academic, and athletic growth. Through our team's dedication, perseverance, and sportsmanship, we strive to cultivate a culture of excellence both on and off the field. Our mission is rooted in the values of respect, integrity, compassion, and teamwork, as we aim to prepare our student-athletes not only for success in baseball but for a life of purpose and service

FAMILY

Using a "family" style approach within our program is important for several reasons: 

UNITY

It creates a strong sense of camaraderie and unity among the players. By treating our players as a family, our players develop not only a bond on the field but also off the field, which can lead to improved teamwork and communication on the diamond.

TRUST

Our program's goal is to build trust and support within the team. Players know that their teammates have their backs and are there to support them, both in times of triumph and in times of struggle. This creates a safe and positive environment where players can feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes, and growing as athletes.

RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY 

We encourage accountability and responsibility. Just as in a family, everyone has a role to play and is responsible for their individual contribution to the team's success. This can instill discipline and a strong work ethic in players, as they understand the importance of their role and the impact it has on the team as a whole.

SPORTSMANSHIP AND DISCIPLINE 

We promote a strong sense of sportsmanship and fair play. Players learn to respect not only their teammates but also their opponents, coaches, and officials. This fosters an environment of mutual respect and fosters a positive reputation for Fenwick Baseball
