The Fenton Tiger Paw Patrol therapy dog program began in 2018 when Buddy started working at State Road Elementary. Charlie was soon to follow, joining the Tomek-Eastern family the following year. Through additional generous sponsorships, the therapy dog program has been able to expand to the high school, first with Sunny in the FHS Media Center, and now with two more therapy dogs- Simon works in the FHS Counseling Office and Bella works with special education students and the autism spectrum disorder program.
