How to reach the venue:

From Lisbon:

Lisbon Airport ->  Oriente (Train & Bus Stations): 

To travel from Lisbon Airport to the train station via subway is straightforward. The Red Metro Line, with a frequency of 6-10 minutes, operates from the airport metro station just outside terminal 1 doors on the Arrivals level. The Lisbon subway runs daily from 06:30 am to 01:00 am, ensuring availability for early morning or late-night arrivals. The subway journey to Oriente Station takes about 6 minutes. 

For metro tickets, a regular ticket costs 1.65€ and is valid for 60-minute public rides. Children up to 4 years old travel for free. Purchase a rechargeable card, Viva-Viagem, for 0.50€, and load your ticket onto it. Tickets and cards are available through automatic machines or ticket kiosks at the airport subway station.

The train and bus stations at Oriente are conveniently located next to each other.

By Train

Register with the  Portuguese Train company  CP at mycp (this will be helpful for managing your  tickets). Plan your journey starting from 'Lisboa - Oriente' and ending at 'Aveiro' using their online platform. The trip takes between 2 to 2.5 hours.

By Bus:

You can travel with FlixBus from 'Lisboa (Oriente)' to 'Aveiro'. The trip takes about 3h.

You can also travel with RedeExpressos from 'Lisboa (Oriente)' to 'Aveiro'. The trip takes about 3h.

From Porto:

Porto Airport -> Aveiro (directly by bus):

There are buses operated by Flixbus going directly from Porto Airport to Aveiro. To book a bus ticket please check the following link:

Porto Airport -> Campanhã (Train & Bus Stations):

Line E of the Porto metro runs between the airport and Campanhã metro station. Some trains from the airport on this line terminate at Trinidade station. In this case, just take take the next train (which may be for line A,B,C,E, or F) from the same platform where your train arrived. Returning to the airport, be sure to take a train for line E.

For travel between the airport and city, buy a Z4 ticket (= four zones), costing € 2.15. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes.

Campanhã (Train & Bus Stations) -> Aveiro:

By Train

Register with the  Portuguese Train company  CP at mycp (this will be helpful for managing your  tickets). Plan your journey starting from 'Porto - Campanha' and ending at 'Aveiro' using their online platform. The trip takes between 45m to 1h15m.

By Bus: 

Still on the Metro Station platform, you should follow the signs for 'TIC - Terminal Intermodal de Campanhã'.

You can travel with FlixBus from 'Porto (Campanhã)' to 'Aveiro'. The trip takes about 1h.

You can also travel with RedeExpressos from 'Porto (Campanhã)' to 'Aveiro'. The trip takes about 1h.
