All the already submitted abstracts are valid, and if the authors decide to change them they can do it through the easychair platform.

Confirmation will be sent after all services have been processed and/or paid.

Resgistration at the desk on the conference day can only be made by cash.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations or changes must be sent to PTE2021 via email to pte2020@campus.fct.unl.pt
• Cancellations received up to 15 December 2020, deposits will be refunded minus 50 € for administrative costs.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after 15 December 2020 or registered participants who fail to attend.

Letters of invitation

Letters of invitation will be sent upon request to pte2020@campus.fct.unl.pt. The title of your invited talk or contributed poster will be specifically mentioned in the letter. Both an electronic copy and a hard copy can be requested.

Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by PTE2021.
