Conference Registration Fee – Details

All conference participants (presentors and non-presentors) must pay the registration fee. For each abstract, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Delegates can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference. Please see registration deadlines and payment instructions below.

Regular registration starts October 22, 2019

Rates

Early bird registration - members of organizing institutions: €150

Early bird registration - standard: €180

Early bird registration - students: €40*

Regular registration - members of organizing institutions: €170

Regular registration - standard: €200

Regular registration - students: €50*

*NOTE: To enjoy student rates, a copy of your student ID must be presented for verification upon registration onsite.

Conference registration fee includes

• Attendance at all sessions
• Conference materials
• Lunch and coffee/tea breaks during the conference
• Banquet Dinner on Friday, November 22, 2019 (not included in the student rates)
