The Façades 2025 conference dinner will take place at Sauvage CCB, a restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the Centro Cultural de Belém — the same venue as the conference — offering a stunning rooftop view over Lisbon.
Sauvage CCB is an exotic, sophisticated, and original restaurant, inspired by the authenticity of Portuguese cuisine, where traditional flavors are reimagined with a modern twist.
➡️ The dinner is not covered by the organisation, but is partially supported. The cost per person is 35 €. Payment will be made directly at the restaurant.

The conference dinner includes the following menu:
Couvert: 100% wheat bread with herb butter
Starters: Veal croquette with smoked mayo· Tuna tartare with onion compote, port wine, salmon roe & pistachio · Roast beef with straw potatoes, island cheese & mustard aioli
Main Course: Creamy shrimp rice with salicornia and seaweed
Dessert: Chocolate mousse with salted caramel and hazelnuts
Drinks: Water, soft drinks, beer/wine and coffee
