Parent/Guardian Communication: Whenever there's a ticket for student Chromebook damages, reaching out to the parent/guardian promptly is key. This not only helps to hold everyone accountable but also garners their support in tackling the root causes behind these damages.
Review Device Expectations and Procedures on proper handling and maintenance of student devices.
If an activity doesn't require the use of Chromebooks, have students safely stow them away in designated locations. Chromebooks should only be out/open if there is a purpose.
