Make sure you are aware of your Council's Deadline! FCPTA's deadline for 2025-2026 is Nov 4th.
Turn in the participation form and the spreadsheet with the entries moving forward to the council with the correct permissions! Make sure you share this spreadsheet with your Council Reflections chair email! In our case, it is reflections@fcpta.org. Below is a sample of a file with correct view permission. You would be providing this by clicking on the Share in the pic below and adding the council email.
Now make sure that your student entries are shareable! If not, follow the instructions here to make sure they are. Otherwise judges would not be able to view them in the next few levels ( as they get selected and move forward from units to council to district to state to national!)
Next step is to turn in the physical artwork to the Council! Again, look out for the dates provided by the Council Chair and the location to turn them in!
