For Reflections Chairs

If you are running the Reflections in your school or thinking of, you are at the right place! Materials to help you run the program can be found here. DEADLINE FOR TURNING DIGITAL ENTRIES TO FREMONT COUNCIL IS NOVEMBER 4th! Here is more information about turning in entries:

2026-2027 Student Participation form:

Please make sure that you are logged in using your Reflections Chair email ( log out of your personal/other gmails!!!) as this creates a folder where all the student artwork will be uploaded. You do not want happening it anywhere other than your Reflections chair email/drive!!

2. Restore the folders

3. Provide the correct permissions to the student entries folder found in your google drive when you share with judges and next level ( viewable by link)

2026-2027 Unit Participation form:

  This year, there is a new, simpler form for unit participation, which you will be turning this in to us by November 4th along with your entries moving forward. You can still choose to use the older form if you want to collect statistical data about all the entries in each of the categories! The new form can be found below:
