Tips and Tricks

If you are having issues with submitting assignments, virtual meetings, etc. please try the following:

• Restart your computer

• Clear your history and cache (Triple Dots or Triple Lines usually on the top right) - either under history and/or settings

• Try a different browser, if using Chrome try Firefox (or vice versa)

• If you have an Apple product (iPad, Macbook, etc) try downloading the Chrome or Firefox app instead of using Safari

• Make sure your browswer and/or App is up to date

Who to ask for Technology Help

• Reach out to your school's ITRT for assistance with:

  • Your school usernames and passwords

  • Your device isn't working properly

• Reach out to your teacher for assistance with:

  • If you are having issues connecting to your virtual meeting

  • Not sure how to find an assignment
