Assists homeless and at-risk families in achieving success and self-sufficiency through two primary programs: Transitional Housing Program and Families Forward Program, which provide individualized case management and Life Skills Workshops to families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Both programs serve families for up to two years.
