Rehearsal Calandar

Please remember to use the french scene chart to determine if you have to attend a scheduled rehearsal. The chart is organized by role, Act and scene number, as well as music numbers. If you cannot attend a scheduled rehearsal, you must have a conflict sheet submitted 2 weeks in advance in order to be "excused". Three unexcused absences will lead to a cut from the show.

• X= must attend rehearsal (especially initial blocking/choreography)
• O= You sing in the scene only or appear briefly where you don't need to attend the initial blocking or choreography. You will however be needed when the scene is re-rehearsed later in production (This mainly applies to the Ensemble)
• @= indicates a separate choreography rehearsal will be scheduled for the song in this scene. Actors should keep an eye out specifically for "CHOREOGRAPHY" calls on the calendar.

STARTING FEBRUARY 10TH: Due to the number of absences, unexpected illnesses/emergencies, and the size of the cast, if you miss the initial choreography and the review for a song, we will not be able to guarantee your presence in the number you missed. If you are not feeling well, but can still attend practice, you may sit in the house to learn the number and view what you will be expected to perform when feeling better.

• Pit rehearsals on Tuesdays; Music rehearsals for actors on Thursdays in room 400.
• Dance Captain meetings & choreography sessions with the director on Thursdays after music rehearsal.
• Rehearsals in January and February end at 5pm unless otherwise stated. March end times will be posted on the calendar once the directors determine how the show is doing and if extra rehearsal time is needed.
• Please review the French Scene Chart (see forms and resources section) to determine if you need to be at a scheduled rehearsal. If you are worried you won't be able to attend a practice, submit a conflict sheet (see forms and resources section) at least 2 weeks in advance.
