Fiction books are in order by genre! This means that if you like to read a certain "type" of book then you will find them all in the same area of the library. These are the genres that we have at this time:

  • Horror/Scary

  • Funny/Humor

  • Sports

  • Adventure

  • Mystery

Once you find the genre you are looking for you will find all the books organized by the author's last name. You will see FIC above the first three letters of the author's last name. You will also see a genre sticker below the call letter sticker.

Graphic novels and Manga are in their own section in our library. Instead of being in alphabetical order, they are together by series and type.

Nonfiction books are in order using the Dewey Decimal System.
