Donielle Axline and Taylor McGaughey, members of the Frederick County Public Schools CTE team, joining as RISE Instructional Mentors. With a shared passion for supporting new teachers and enhancing classroom practice, Donielle brings experience in literacy coaching and collaborative curriculum design, while Taylor contributes her background in Math & STEM instruction and data-driven mentoring. Together, Donielle and Taylor are committed to helping early-career educators grow professionally, cultivate engaging learning environments, and foster student success. They’ll be working closely with RISE participants to model effective instructional strategies, offer insightful feedback, and support reflective practice every step of the way.
