Google Calendar

Rehearsals are scheduled using Google Calendar and updated every 2 weeks. Rehearsals are called by Act and Scene. Students must use the French Scene Chart (below) to determine if they are needed at each rehearsal and for how long.

French Scene Chart

In order to determine if you have a blocking/choreography rehearsal, use the handy chart attached below.

HOW TO USE:

Find your character's name on the side, then locate the Act & scene number at the top.
Locate where the two points intersect on the grid. If there is an "x" in that spot, your character is in that scene and therefore you must attend a rehearsal when called for. If there is no "x" your character is not in the scene.
An "o" means your character does appear in the scene, but most likely does not have any lines that require significant blocking. Simply attend the "Review" of that scene to learn where you will be placed.

Issues with reading the chart? Talk to your Big or any BHStage veteran and they can teach you how to read the chart. A full tutorial will be given on Jan. 9th at the mandatory new member education session as well.
