Welcome to Biology 2! This course is the second stage of introduction to the Life Sciences, the first being Biology 1.  In this course students will go more in depth on concepts of living organisms and their interaction with the natural world.  The learning in this course is lecture driven, emphasizing on process skills and higher order thinking skills.  Major concepts will include cells and organelles, energy flow, heredity, diversity of life, and environment.  This course will require the student to work hard and keep up with required readings and assignments.
