My name is Christopher Richardson. I was born and raised in Pomaria, South Carolina. My family is a very close knit group because of how closely we all live to each other. Many members of my family live on the same stretch of road. As I was growing up I found that I had a love for music and joined the marching band.
After graduating from Mid-Carolina High School I carried that love to Clemson University where I was a member of Tiger Band during my time there. I graduated in 2009 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Since college I worked in a Bi-Lo Deli/Bakery, the BMW manufacturing facility in Greer, and V.C. Summer Nuclear Station as a Chemistry Specialist before answering the call to teaching. This is my fourth year teaching (2022-2023).
The most important person in my life is my wife Amanda. She is a United Methodist Church minister and is appointed to two churches in Johnston, SC where we currently live. We were married in 2015 in her hometown of Bishopville, SC . We have our own two children (dogs) named Daisy and Pearl. We enjoy spending our free time outdoors camping in an RV at South Carolina's State Parks. I am excited for the opportunity to be a part of the Fox Creek High School community.
