Process for Requesting Use of an FCCPS Facility
Any group or individual (who is 18 years or older) ("User"), wishing to use school facilities must contact FCCPS' Community Use Coordinator at CommunityUse@fccps.org
Requests should be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the proposed event date
Before any user can be approved by FCCPS, the User must agree to assume full responsibility for liability, injury or damage to persons or property. An insurance policy covering the use of the school facility for the given event will be required CommunityUse@fccps.org prior to the approval of the application. A Certificate of insurance, naming the Falls Church City School Board as an additional insured for the event, must be provided for the Community Use Coordinator prior to use. The policy must be no less than one-million dollars ($1,000,000) in liability coverage.

Please note: priority for Usage of School Facilities is given in the following order:
School Events & School Affiliated Organizations (PTA/ PTSA/ Athletic & Choral Boosters etc)
City Events (General Government, Police, Falls Church Recreation & Parks
Long-term Renters
All other Groups
